Terms of Service

ICY SIM is operated by Verios Group Limited ("we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By accessing or using the ICY SIM website (icysim.com) or the ICY SIM mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Verios Group Limited. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

ICY SIM is a digital marketplace that sells prepaid eSIM data plans for travellers across 190+ countries and regions. Our Service allows you to:

• Browse, compare, and purchase eSIM data plans
• Receive an eSIM profile via QR code or activation code (delivered digitally)
• Manage your active eSIM plans and monitor data usage
• Access customer support

eSIM plans are provided through our licensed connectivity partner. ICY SIM acts as a reseller and is responsible for your purchase experience. Actual network coverage is provided by local mobile network operators and may vary by location.

To purchase plans, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@icysim.com

You may not share your account or use another person's account without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by PayerMax, a PCI DSS-compliant payment gateway. We never store raw card data.

Order Confirmation
Your order is confirmed when you receive an email confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

Coupon Codes
Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms. Only one coupon may be applied per order. Coupons cannot be combined, sold, or transferred.

When you purchase an eSIM plan, you agree to the following conditions:

• eSIM plans are for personal, non-commercial use only unless expressly stated otherwise
• Plans are valid for the number of days stated from activation or first use, as specified on the plan
• Unused data does not roll over when a plan expires
• ICY SIM eSIM plans are data-only — voice calls and SMS are not supported unless explicitly stated
• You must not use the Service for illegal activities, network abuse, or in a manner that impairs others' use
• Plans may not be resold, transferred, or shared commercially

Network speeds and coverage depend on local operators and are not guaranteed. ICY SIM is not liable for network outages or coverage gaps beyond our control.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Service
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system
• Resell eSIM plans purchased from ICY SIM without prior written authorisation
• Submit fraudulent orders or abuse promotional programmes

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the ICY SIM platform are the exclusive property of ICY SIM or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy of network coverage maps or speed estimates
• Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

Network coverage and speeds are ultimately determined by local mobile network operators and are beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICY SIM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold ICY SIM, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@icysim.com. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Active eSIM plans will continue to function until their validity period expires.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to use EU online dispute resolution mechanisms.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
