Go to My eSIMs, tap your plan — the QR code is displayed there.
Go to Settings → Cellular (or Mobile Data).
Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan, then select Use QR Code.
Hold your camera over the QR code shown in the ICY SIM app on another screen.
Name the plan (e.g. "ICY Japan") and tap Add Cellular Plan to finish.
eSIM installed. Activate it when you land at your destination.
Increase screen brightness on the device showing the QR code, or switch to the manual code method.
Your device may be carrier-locked or a China variant. Contact your carrier to request an unlock.
Ensure you have stable Wi-Fi. Restart your phone and try again. Contact support if it persists.
Each code is single-use. If scanned on the wrong device, contact support@icysim.com for a replacement.
Switch to ICY SIM data when you arrive at your destination.
