ICY SIM eSIM plans are fulfilled through our licensed eSIM connectivity partner, which in turn partners with local mobile network operators worldwide. We cannot guarantee:
- Network availability, speed, or quality in any specific location
- Uninterrupted data service at all times
- Coverage in remote, rural, or underground areas
- Specific download or upload speeds
Coverage maps and speed estimates displayed on our website are indicative only and are provided by our network partners. Actual coverage may differ due to factors including terrain, buildings, atmospheric conditions, and network congestion.
ICY SIM is not liable for any inconvenience, loss, or damage arising from network outages, poor coverage, or service interruptions that are beyond our reasonable control.
3. Device Compatibility
eSIM technology requires a compatible, unlocked device. ICY SIM strongly recommends verifying your device's eSIM compatibility before making a purchase. We are not responsible for purchases made on incompatible or locked devices.
Device support depends on the device manufacturer and your mobile carrier's policies, which are outside our control. ICY SIM does not accept returns or refunds for plans purchased on incompatible devices if the incompatibility was knowable prior to purchase.
