Your QR code and activation details are delivered instantly to your ICY SIM app. Open the app, go to My eSIMs, and your plan will be there. Also check your confirmation email.
No. Each eSIM plan is tied to a single device after the QR code is scanned. You cannot transfer an installed eSIM to another device.
Ensure Data Roaming is enabled for the ICY SIM line in your device settings. Check that ICY SIM is set as your preferred data SIM. Restart your device if needed.
